ในปัจจุบันมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ได้จัดซื้อทรัพยากรในรูปแบบ Read&Publish ซึ่งเป็นการเพิ่มสิทธิในการการตีพิมพ์บทความ Open Access ให้แก่บุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัย สำนักทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้คุณหญิงหลง อรรถกระวีสุนทร ได้รวบรวมรายชื่อวารสารที่อยู่ภายใต้ข้อตกลงดังกล่าวไว้ตามรายการด้านล่าง
